iulia Woergartner is a travel and commercial photographer, based in northern Italy. Growing up in the heart of the Italian Alps, Giulia was surrounded by beauty, which shaped her love for nature and photography. She quickly learned that extraordinary photography requires chasing light and capturing decisive and unique moments. Giulia’s curiosity to explore her hometown quickly developed into a desire to travel and explore far, distant, and isolated places.
As a child Giulia was drawn to creative tasks like drawing and music, and soon began experimenting with different cameras. The art school she attended built the base of the skillset she has today. As a graphic design student, she learned the techniques of color science, composition, and the wide range of visual arts.
After graduating, Giulia traveled to New Zealand and that was where she fell in love with the realities of traveling. Overcoming the challenges she encountered made it even clearer to her, that she wanted to pursue photography as a career. After being approached by countless clients, including brands such as Jeep, Jack Wolfskin and Chloé, the young photographer found herself working on international campaigns all around the world.
The twenty-one-year-old photographer has visited some of the most breathtaking places around the globe, and continues to do so. She takes her audience with her as she travels and inspires countless outdoor enthusiasts to follow her lead.
With her yellow jacket and camera in hand, she gets to explore some of the most beautiful corners around the world.Giulia is also very passionate about the environment, and cares deeply about the protection and conservation of our planet.
Giulia is also hosts the very successful "The Yellow Podcast" an audio experience where she talks about her travel stories with inspiring guest speakers that she met on her creative journey.
